Hmmm...What to Wear?

Have you ever had one of those days where you absolutely cannot find anything to wear? You walk over to your closet and just stare at it...as if brand new clothes will suddenly appear? You try on outfit after outfit and before you know it, there is a huge pile-o-clothes on the floor. Things are not fitting the way that they used to (especially after giving birth to quadruplets). Not to mention, by this point, you are beyond frustrated and in NO WAY feeling like even going out anymore.

Sadly, this happens to me ALL THE TIME. Please tell me that I am not the only one.

In my vast 30 years of life (tsk, tsk), I have come to realize that regardless of my mood, or the occasion, it all starts with a good pair of jeans.

Have you ever noticed how a good pair of jeans can immediately cheer you up on a gloomy day? It’s like reuniting with an old friend after a hard day's work. Your blue jeans will never leave you or cheat on you. Like wine, they age and get better over time. Every tear tells a story...every loose strand that gathers around the heel reveals character.

I like to throw on my favorite shirt, most comfy jeans, and just curl up on the couch with my hubby for a good movie. There is nothing like it. In my jeans, I feel like I'm in my own skin.

Or how about a fun night out on the town with the girls? I love to dress up my jeans with my highest heels and cutest top. There is nothing like walking down the street, hearing the clickety-clack of your heels hitting the pavement, and yet feeling empowered and completely comfortable in your trusty 'ole blue jeans.

Your jeans can say a LOT about you as a person...your individuality, your personality.

After goofing around, I decided to wander on over to the kids section---where I usually spend 90% of my "shopping time". Exciting news: Gap has recently unveiled its 1969 Premium Denim for babies as well!



Each item has been pre-washed for extra softness---and let me tell ya---IT IS OH-SO-SOFT!


Holy cuteness. Can I order that romper in an adult medium, please?

And I'm 99.9% sure that the smooth, calming texture of the denim has magical properties for your little ones. Upon wearing, the kiddies are more likely to be perfect angels. Okay, so I might have made up that last part~ but who's to say it can't be true?
