My kiddos chase each other around the wooden train table...endless fun!
We go swimming several times a week and play games on the Kinect system!!
We play outside, go to the park, and somtimes sing and dance. Kids being active is very important.

We stay in motion by going to the park when the weather is nice!
I LOVE Weebles! I think they are the perfect gift for young kids.
My little boy stays in motion by running nonstop, pushing something if there's something around to push, and his all time favorite... riding something that requires his legs to do the work!
Btw, on a totally random note, I found your blog (and lots of other quad blogs) when I was pregnant two years ago. I loved reading them, and I thought God might be preparing me for multiples. I've always said I could only handle two children, so I got a little nervous:) I only have one child for now, but I still love reading your blog!
My kids stay in motion by using their indoor trampoline! It's a heaven send in the winter months!
My three boys are always on the go. They love to run in our upstairs hallway and I think I say a thousand times a day stop running. We are missing being outside when it is cold outside!
Well, I have a 2-year-old boy. So the issue isn't really trying to get him to move, but trying to get him to stay STILL for cryin' out loud!!! In order to vent his energy, though, we often go to the park or, now that the weather doesn't allow outdoor play, the indoor family gym with basketball courts/walking track/rock wall. I like doing these things because it gets Mama off her tush too!
My kid goes bananas at the playground. He loves everything he's supposed to be too little to get on. He also loves chasing down the older women. :o) Girl crazy already!!
We stay in motion by playing in the backyard or taking a walk in the neighborhood.

My twins stay busy all day long! Now that they have learned to play together it gets even busier.

My 4 stay in motion constantly either by climbing on my couches or standing on their head to watch tv or jumping up and down the whole time they play wii or going to the park, riding bikes, or organized activities/sports!

my son stays busy with many, many bike rides around the block...and many many trips to the park!
We visit the park - weather permitting - and when it's not permitting we play. It's a lot less stressful when I'm playing with them that way I can keep an eye on them.
My neices and newphews get alot of action on their trampoline! It seems like they can stay on it for hours!
We run, dance, and chase each other around!
I have 3 boys...it's hard to keep them still :) But during the summer/spring months we are outside playing soccer in the backyard often!

My grandson just moves all the time.. He is always running from one end of the house to the other....
My daughter is constantly moving. She loves to dance and sing throughout the house. It is not uncommon to find her jumping off beds, or couches, tables etc. She loves going outside and riding her bike, playing jump rope and running around on the playground. She is definitley full of engergy and an active child.
We love to put on music and dance!

We limit our TV time quite a bit, so my boys are always in motion! When the weather is good, they are outside all day long running and playing. When they are inside the house, we have to curb the energy just a bit!
We go to the park, play in our yard, and ride our bikes as often as possible. We also purchased the new Xbox for them for Christmas that hopefully will help us stay in motion.
