and Dad even tried to show us how to play putt putt.

I love to sit inside and relax with the windows and doors open on rainy days. That is, of course, unless it's raining so hard that it's coming down sideways... Then I keep the windows closed :)

My girls and I love to open the door and smell the rain. We also cuddle up on the couch and watch a movie.
We like to head to Chick Fil A and eat lunch and take advantage of the indoor play place there. My daughter has to have an outlet for energy, so we are always looking for something fun to do on rainy days. The place you visited looks awesome!!
I love to relax with a good book and listen to the rain.

I love sitting in our sunroom on rainy days. Three walls of windows make watching lightening like watching fireworks!
rainy days with quadruplet 2 yr olds can make a mom get pretty creative. We love to paint, color, build forts...ya know, the usual:)

Its difficult to take our family of 5 many places, but we love to rent movies and curl up at home to watch together.
On rainy days, we like to head over to our library that has a WONDERFUL children's library that is completely walled off and seperate from the rest of the library. They have a great area set up with bean bags, puzzles, building blocks and of course, books. My little guy could spend hours there doing (and re-doing) all of the puzzles and climbing in and out of the huge clawfoot tub they have as a "seating area".
On gentle, warm rainy days, we love to go outside in the rain and jump in puddles! On super stormy days, we like to build tents in our game room and curl underneath with lots of books.
Rainy days... we usually hang out inside and play fun games.
I just asked my almost 5 year old daughter, "Katelyn what do we usually do on rainy days?" Her response, "We could go to houses, you know of our families. We could go to Granddad's and then Mimi's. We could take turns at different houses." :)
I love going to bounce places when it rains, or our science center.

My new found love with a rainy day is to put on old clothes and get out in the rain with Lil Man. It is so awesome to hear him laughing in the rain. If it's a cold rainy day then we cuddle with a good book or catch up on Gullah Gullah Island and Upside Down Show.
We love to get in the kitchen and bake or make dinner together!! She also likes to get her rainboots on and umbrella up and go splash around if it isn't a storm!
Movie days are always our go to on rainy days.
In our house Rainy Days equal Redbox Days!!!
I like to stay inside and catch-up on my DVR'd shows. Or a nap is nice, too! I am going to check out this safari place and see if it's somewhere I should take my nephews. Thanks!

what a neat place!! ON rainy days, I love to take our kids to one of our local Children's Museums...we have 2 different ones, about 30 minutes away and they are both great!!

I like to put my boys in the bathtub and let them play with shaving cream or paint on paper, the tub or themselves. then fill it up with water and its cleanup time! Lots of fun for them and easy cleanup for mom

Why should the rain keep you inside? It's like being in the pool, you just get wet ☺ We love to play in the rain (when it's warm of course). If it's cold, we build a fire and drink hot chocolate and curl up with a good Disney movie.

On a rainy day we LOVE to go puddle jumping, then come inside dry off and drink hot chocolate while watching a movie.
Cuddle on the couch and read books, watch movies and snack on popcorn.
Personally...I'd love to SLEEP on a rainy day but with 3 kids under 18 months that won't happen anytime soon! A road trip to Nana's house or maybe just loading up for drivethru Wendy's....How nice it would be to have an indoor park like that around here!!!

On rainy days, I like to get the family involved in playing a board game. We always have a ton of fun -- and it gets the kids away from their Wii and PS3 for a little while!

In the summer, I love to play in the rain as long as its not a thunderstorm! HA! My mom and I used to do this all the time. Just put on your swim suits and go for it. Play in the mud and puddles in your yard and enjoy!

I've just about had it with rainy days around here! My ideas for entertainment of the troops are running low. There's a new play place that just opened up around the corner, with bouncy houses/slides that we'll have to check out.
