My baby hasn't figured out crawling yet, he's in that hands-and-knees, rocking back and forth phase (I assume crawling comes next?) So that's his latest motion.

Me? I like to run, when I can. Finding it hard to get out with a baby in the house. Borrowing a jogging stroller today, maybe that will help!

My kids like to stay active even during off-season. They're involved in special needs programs and enjoy being active all the time. They play tennis, basketball, bocce ball and track. I'm the one that can't keep up with them, lol.

I have a 1 year old boy and a 3 year old boy plus I babysit a 2 year old girl, her 4 year old brother, and 6 year old sister. If I don't keep them busy and moving then they destroy my house. So, we stay in motion by destroying the children's museum, Chick Fil A, their preschools, church, the yard, and the basement playroom.

We go for walks - in our neighborhood, at the park, area botanical gardens and aquariums. Anything to get us out and about!

My 2 boys stay in motion by running EVERYWHERE! Even when it is too cold to be outside they still play chase in the house.

My kids love to go to the park every weekend and play! Monkey bars, slides, swings, sand box, everywhere!
